Loudon Partners actively recruits talented graduates on an annual basis to be part of a typically three year rotation programme to learn about the executive search industry. This includes training and coaching in specific skills and competencies as well as exposure across the firm to all practice areas and markets. We look for excellent academic achievement coupled with strong communication skills, demonstrated initiative and proactivity and orientation towards teamwork.
Loudon Partners offers a number of summer internships to either recent graduates or current undergraduates. The programme tracks the experience of working within the executive recruitment industry through involvement on live projects and offers an opportunity to learn about the firm, our approach and the industry.
